The Fabulous! Festival for 06/25/07

One of my favorites is Frugal vs. Cheap at Money Walks. I’m a big fan of living frugal (in moderation). One doesn’t have to spend a lot of money to make a great impression if one does their research and makes good decisions. Frugal is smart and is always in. However, being cheap when one can afford not to be - that’s just tacky.
